Emailed the balls friendly team that my 12month old trimmer suddenly died on me, within 2 days I had a confirmation email saying that they've just shipped me a replacement trimmer completely free of charge! Can't rate the team at balls highly enough for their after purchase care and services!

The Archibald is an absolute game-changer for my grooming routine! After struggling with cheap trimmers for years, I finally decided to invest in this one and it's completly transformed my experience. The build quality is exceptional with a solid construction that feels premium without being to heavy. Performance is incredible, with blades that cut through even stubborn hair effortlesly, and I love the adjustable gaurd system that gives precise length control. Battery life is amazing been using it for 3 weeks on the charge it came with! The motor is powerful yet quite, which my partner appreciates during early mornings. All the extras show they really thought about everything: the wrist band, cleaning stuff, and that nice charging stand. Oh and when I emailed about one of the attachements, customer service got back to me super quick. Definately worth every penny, my only regret is not finding it sooner. If your looking for a premium trimmer that actually delivers on it's promises, Archibald is the one to get!!!

Had the old trimmer which eventually died after several years. Just upgraded to this one and it’s flawless, so much better than the original. I had no cap on the end as I wanted to be smooth, proceeded shaved my balls in every direction and not one single nip. Confidence is key, nobody wants the fear of ball nip.

OK I'm a huge fan of this stuff. I've never found a hair oil I've liked but this one, I'm keeping. Not greasy, very pleasant smell. Good packaging too. A little goes a long way - this is very good value to boot. 5 stars...

This is my second trimmer, replacement for using the old one until it ran out of life. Best purchase ever, brilliant shave for those areas, and my girlfriend uses it too!!

Paid a bit more to get The Archibald and very pleased with the purchase. Nicely weighted and the LED Guide Light is extremely helpful when shaving in the most sensitive areas.

No nicks or cuts - even without comb on the device - so very happy onthe basis of first use.
