Your Order ID can be found on Amazon.com on your computer, or phone.

For computer, go to: Amazon.com > Orders > Locate the order record and click “Order Details”. The order ID is the 17-Digit Number on that page.

For mobile, go to: Amazon app > > Your Orders > Locate the product you purchased from us. Scroll to the “View Order Details” button. The order ID is the 17-Digit Number on that page."
