Schere, Enhaarungscreme, "umgewindmeter" elektrischer Rasierer... alles zutiefst unbefriedigend, wenn's um die Achseln und das beste Stück ging. Bis ich den Archibald entdeckte. Keine (in Worten: KEINE!) Schnitte, selbst wenn man (was Balls ja nicht empfiehlt) den Kammaufsatz weglässt. Richtig, RICHTIG gut!
Emailed the balls friendly team that my 12month old trimmer suddenly died on me, within 2 days I had a confirmation email saying that they've just shipped me a replacement trimmer completely free of charge! Can't rate the team at balls highly enough for their after purchase care and services!
The Archibald is an absolute game-changer for my grooming routine! After struggling with cheap trimmers for years, I finally decided to invest in this one and it's completly transformed my experience. The build quality is exceptional with a solid construction that feels premium without being to heavy. Performance is incredible, with blades that cut through even stubborn hair effortlesly, and I love the adjustable gaurd system that gives precise length control. Battery life is amazing been using it for 3 weeks on the charge it came with! The motor is powerful yet quite, which my partner appreciates during early mornings. All the extras show they really thought about everything: the wrist band, cleaning stuff, and that nice charging stand. Oh and when I emailed about one of the attachements, customer service got back to me super quick. Definately worth every penny, my only regret is not finding it sooner. If your looking for a premium trimmer that actually delivers on it's promises, Archibald is the one to get!!!

Der Akku ist nach 9 Monaten kaputt gegangen. Nach Anfrage beim Support, wurde ein neuer Trimmer kostenfrei geliefert. Der neue Trimmer machte anfangs Probleme und der Motor startete nach dem aufladen nicht. Ich habe etwas nachgeholfen und dann funktionierte er. Bis jetzt läuft der Trimmer ohne Probleme und ich möchte ihn nicht missen. Das Design gefällt mir sehr gut und ich hoffe, er begleitet mich noch sehr lange. Endlich wieder glatte Eier... :-)
The BALLS Trimmer saves time as it is quicker than shavibg with a razor. I was initially scared it would cut me but it never has. If you are too rough you might feel a nick but there is never an actual cut and it's never actually sore. Overall I recommend it as it is fast, useful and safe.
Left on charge and came back to find the button had sunk into the trimmer and is now difficult to turn on. It still works but it’s a bit dodgy; hoping not to electrocute myself. Would buy again if i wasn’t broke.
Definitely the best shave I've had for the sensitive area. That being said, you still have to be careful to not nick yourself. It isn't perfectly safe. The oil helps, though.
Not worth the money - it’s just the same as loads of other cutters out there, but has a plastic shield. Slicey dicey ball sack!
Very happy with this razor the best I’ve ever owned. Unfortunately after three months it went wrong contacted the company they immediately replaced it this is first class service I’m so impressed Don’t hesitate to buy from this company you can’t go wrong
I found using the Archibald to be a breeze! No more worrying about nicks and cuts. You can just shave away quickly and easily.
The reason for 4 stars is because there are no instructions given or on th website for how to fit the attachments, which wasn't nearly as easy as I thought. And i thought it was a bit noisey when in use. But I view these are minor improvements that could be made.
I love the design and the way it fits into your hand. It does a great job at trimming body hair. Would definitely recommend to friends

I got my trimmer, in the run-up to receiving some chemo. It did a fantastic job on the first and second occasion. All the guarantees as to smoothness of finish were justified.
However, I didn't use the product again for a while and then, on returning to it, the parts making up the head just fell apart when it touched my face. I tried putting them back together - after reading someone else's comment who'd had the same experience - but it was too much hassle.
I didn't get around to returning the product, as I was ill at the time, so genuinely can't say how well customer service reacts etc. I have given the product a middle of the road rating but I might just have been unlucky. When it works, it does work well.
Shipping was fast and simple.. now onto the important part. The shaver...
The overall product is good quality and the battery life is excellent considering it’s size after all not always size that matters. Tested the product both wet and dry and both work well and it’s safe to say I didn’t cut nick or graze anything.
Very good gets rid of hair better then razors. Would definitely recommend
